ASPAC, the third largest builder in the world is building the new City Center of Richmond, BC surrounding the site of the Olympic Speed Skating Oval, the centerpiece of the 2010 Games in Vancouver. Built as part museum, part homage to Vancouver and part sales center for the River Green Community, The River Green Story Centre sits 50 feet in front of the Oval and was built to open for the Games. Morgan Ervin designed the museum working with renown architect James Cheng and the team at Envisioning and Storytelling.
